Cancellation Policy 1. Products in stock: If we are shipping from our existing inventory, you may cancel your order up until the day it ships with no penalty whatsoever. We will refund you the entire amount of your purchase.

2. Products shipping direct from the manufacturer: When we order on your behalf from one of our manufacturers, we may be obligated to purchase the products ordered. If you cancel your order before it ships, we may apply a restocking charge equivalent to 10% of the purchase price. However, in most cases, our suppliers will work with us and allow cancellations with no penalties. Many retailers will not allow order cancellations or will charge a much higher restocking fee.

Returns and Exchanges: Please read this section carefully If you are not satisfied with your furniture for any reason, we will exchange the product or refund the cost of your purchase, not including freight costs. This includes your cost of shipping the return back to us. Please note that we may apply a restocking charge equivalent to 10% of the purchase price for returns of certain items. This restocking fee is much less than the 20% to 30% we have seen on many of our competitors' sites. The 10% covers our administrative costs and stocking expenses. Some items, such as Clearance items and Custom items, are not eligible for returns. Products that you wish to exchange or return must be in original factory-new condition, and must include all packaging materials, and accessories. Please contact us beforehand if you have any question as to whether or not your return is subject to a restocking fee.

If your item shipped via a truck line, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We can help you with this process, but in most cases, your actual costs of shipping back to us will be higher than your outbound shipping. This is because we do not charge you the full amount of our actual cost for outbound shipping.

Please note: * You have up to 15 days to request a refund or exchange. * We cannot accept any returns on Custom or Clearance items.

Refused Shipments It is much easier if you cancel your order before it ships. If your order ships and you refuse the shipment, we will be obliged to charge you 10% of the order value for re-stocking plus the cost of the round-trip freight. If your order shipped via truck line ("Freight") and you received free shipping, we will charge you the full amount of the round trip shipping costs for refused orders. This does not apply in the case of items damaged in transit, of course. See below for more info. If you refuse a shipment for a reason other than freight damage, please make sure the product is returned to Carolina Rustica at the above address, and not to the manufacturer.

Damages / Defective Product It is an unfortunate fact that, once in a great while, products may get damaged at the factory or in transit. If your order arrives and it there is obvious, visible damage, please refuse shipment and notify us immediately. Do not accept or sign for the shipment. We will have the manufacturer send a replacement and we will handle the shipping issues on our end. Typically, these replacement orders take much less time than the original order.

If you find your product has been damaged after you unpack it, please notify us and we will issue a call tag or pick up order. We will have the manufacturer send a replacement.
